Mark Bridges is a retired police chief with over 34 years of experience.  Mark has trained many officers in a wide variety of police techniques and tactics and was the Director of the Springfield Police Academy and Assistant Homeland Security Director for the City of Springfield, Il. .  He served as his departments use of force expert and has testified and reported in several use of force cases including officer involved shootings.

Mark has a Masters Degree from Westen Illinois University and is a graduate of the FBI National Academy, Northwestern School of Police Staff and Command and the Western Illinois Executive Institute.
